          The humble submission is that I am complaining to your lower signatory court that I have filed a deed on 31-05-1986 from the said defendant in return for Rs. 200 / - as collateral for the return of low scheduled land 12.50 per cent. Whose document No. 617.
 A few days later, as the defendant needed money again, he proposed to me to sell the 15 per cent of his share of the land. I agreed to his proposal. After finalizing the sale price of the land subject to negotiation, I took him with me to the Registrar's office and returned the land to him as promised. Dated 13-08-1969, Document No. 698.
 Defendant has returned the land from me and again on the same date he has deeded 15 percent of the land in my name for 2000 / - (two thousand) rupees. Dated 13-06-1969, Document No. 696. Since the land purchased from the defendant was not suitable for cropping, I have planted trees there three times in a row without planting any crops. From there I have sold the trees twice in phases and every tree that is there now is suitable for sale.
          At present, after proposing to sell the said land for my special needs, Md. Zahidul Islam has fixed the price of 08 per cent land and Milon Mia 08 per cent land for the house. Take it.
 Defendant has barred the buyers of my land from purchasing the land through various tricks. Defendant is insulting me in vulgar language and he is trying to cut down my planted trees. Defendant has threatened to kill me. He is lying to me unnecessarily after 33 years of selling the land to me. He is spreading lies in the society for the sake of me. Helpless, I complained to your court for a fair trial.
