Description: The newly formed Tumchar Union Parishad No. 21 was formed with the eastern part of Shakchar Union and the 21st Tumchar Union Parishad. The first election of the newly formed Tumchar Union Parishad was held on 19/06/2011. The oath of office of the Chairman of the AA Council was held on 12/06/2011. The first meeting of the council was held on 24/06/2011. The activities of the newly formed Tumchar Union Parishad No. 21 were conducted in a temporary kayalay in the Kachari house in front of the Tumchar Pandit's house.
