Cultural organization

Culture develops the human body and mind. But sadly, there is no cultural organization in the 21st Tumchar Union. However, some boys and girls are carrying out various cultural activities on their own initiative. With adequate government facilities, they will be able to continue their cultural activities on a permanent basis. In addition, various NGOs occasionally promote dramas, concerts, etc. as part of various public awareness activities. Students from different schools express their hidden talents through cultural programs in different programs.
